The BOOT CAMP is a conditioning program made to ensure fitness improvement and meet your wellness goals. CrossFit HomeBase specializes in getting as much work done as possible with limited time. This feature is introduced to accommodate individuals on the go. The one hour class will encompass strength and conditioning programming as well as nutrition counseling. It will be a total body workout but it will not beat you up, we rely on constantly varied exercises to make sure our bodies can recover and progress. All workouts can be scaled to fit any level; beginner to elite. CrossFit HomeBase offers state of the art equipment and expert coaching to meet your needs and get you where you want to be! This is not CrossFit and will not make you bulky.
