CrossFit HomeBase offers uniquely effective group classes, as well as individual and specialized group coaching. We emphasize fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. You’ll learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, weightlifting, and a variety of exercises that combine
cardio and strength work.
We start you at a level appropriate to your individual fitness and experience by varying the load and intensity. The CrossFit program is designed for scalability and can make you dramatically fitter regardless of your age or fitness level. Striving towards incremental improvements and competing with ourselves to get better and achieve goals we set.
We make workouts more varied and more fun by using resources that most commercial gyms don’t have, including a pull up rig, ropes, tires, gymnastics equipment such as the rings and parallettes; bumper-plates for weightlifting; medicine balls and kettlebells.
CrossFit HomeBase delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. It is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains – endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
The CrossFit program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Clients are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. Preparing for the “unknown and unknowable”, We train for life.
